1962
Sony Chemicals Corporation Established.
Established as a company that manufactures and sells copper foil with adhesives for printed circuit boards
1977
Took the initiative in commercialization of a hot technology, Anisotropic Conductive Film (ACF), in the industry.
1987
Listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE).
1994
Secondary protection devices for lithium-ion batteries
Production begins for surface mounted-type fuse (SCP)
2000
Sony Chemicals Corporation was delisted from TSE. Became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sony Corporation.
2002
Started selling of Anti-reflection film.
2007
Started production of the Optical elasticity resin (SVR) to increase the visibility of the display panel.
2012
Changed company name to Dexerials Corporation, business was launched.
2015
Listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE).
2021
Relocated the headquarter to Shimotsuke-shi, Tochigi and Tokyo Office to Kyobashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo
Shifted to a company with Audit and Supervisory Committee
2022
Kyoto Semiconductor Co., Ltd. joined the Dexerials Group
Moved from the Tokyo Stock Exchange's First Section to the Prime Market
