At Dexerials, sustainability management is promoted based on the direction of the executive officer of the Sustainability Promotion Division with the representative director and president as the final authority. In order to develop specific activities, we have organized “Sustainability Working Group”, which is composed of divisions in charge of each theme, to promote company-wide activities based on the corporate philosophy, the corporate vision, and the policy. The Sustainability Working Group sets goals and activities for each specified theme based on important issues (materialities) as determined by the Board of Directors and to confirm their progress. The Group also reviews these issues from a cross-functional perspective to enhance activities and raise awareness within the company.
Individual key themes related to the promotion of sustainability are reported and discussed at the Board of Directors as appropriate and feedback is provided to help formulate and implement management strategies.
