Application

Stable connection of IC chips
ACF for IC cards is a film-type conductive Adhesive with a large contact surface, developed specifically for cards. It ensures a large contact area between the IC chip and the circuit, ensuring stable connection reliability.

Biometric authentication functionality has been implemented to improve card security
For biometric authentication cards with multiple terminals connected to fingerprint authentication sensors, ACF processed to the required shape is heat-pressed to simultaneously achieve "connection to multiple circuits" and "fixing the module."

Reduction of "material costs" and "equipment costs"
It can be easily implemented if you have chip connection equipment for cards, and can produce two types of cards: contact and contactless.Compared to conventional soldering, which uses solder or hot melt, it does not require dedicated equipment and can reduce manufacturing costs.

Product characteristics

Achieves "adhesion," "conductivity," and "insulation" all in one

The conductive particles placed inside the resin allow it to "bond" the IC chip and circuitry together while providing "conductivity" and "insulation" between adjacent terminals.

Low temperature and short time bonding

When mounting on an IC card, the compression time is limited to 0.5-1.5 seconds per press to prevent thermal deformation of the card. This compression is repeated 2-4 times to ensure sufficient heat is applied to the connection.
