Dexerials Corporation (Headquarters: Shimotsuke-shi, Tochigi; Representative Director and President: Yoshihisa Shinya; hereinafter, “Dexerials”) announces that it has settled and concluded a patent infringement lawsuit against SCHOTT Japan Corporation as a defendant, and an invalidation trial filed against our patent rights by a defendant.
