Dexerials Corporation (Headquarters: Shimotsuke-shi, Tochigi; Representative Director and President: Yoshihisa Shinya; “Dexerials”), which provides leading-edge technologies, materials, and devices for smartphones, automotives, and other products, announced its qualification for Health and Productivity Management Organization 2024 (Large Organizations), which is jointly implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the NIPPON KENKO KAIGI*. This is the fifth time Dexerials qualifies and the fourth year in a row since 2021.

The Certified Health and Productivity Management Organizations Recognition Program was established to commend corporations engaging in particularly outstanding health and productivity management activities, based on initiatives implemented to address local health-related issues and activities led by the NIPPON KENKO KAIGI to improve health.

Dexerials upholds the corporate philosophy “Integrity Have Integrity and Sincerity” working to promote health and productivity management as a company that lives up to the trust and expectations of all our stakeholders as well as allows each employee to fully apply their abilities.

Actions Taken

  • Health and Productivity Management Working Group activities
  • Health promotion: Training for health promotion, optimization of working hours, events to improve exercise and eating habits (finished)
  • Mental health measures: Creating internal and external points of contact for counseling about health issues, stress checks, etc., holding line-care and self-care seminars

FY2024 Initiatives (planned)

  • Promoting self-care: Visualizing employee health condition with medical checkups and thorough physical examination results, as well as participation in and accomplishment of health events, etc.
  • Quitting smoking: Prohibition of all smoking on Dexerials’ premises in Japan, as well as creation and development of refreshment spaces, etc.
  • Other: Supporting healthy behaviors among employees with time restrictions

Dexerials will continue to implement measures to build an environment in which each employee can apply their abilities by working healthily and safely.
