Dexerials Corporation supports the activities of the Utsunomiya Blitzen professional cycling road-race team, which is based in Tochigi Prefecture where several of Dexerials’ plants are located, in order to contribute to the local community and promote cycling sports.

On March 17, 2019, “Dexerials Presents Cycling Safety Classes” was hosted by the team’s operator, Cycle Sports Management Corporation, in the parking lot of Utsunomiya City Forest Park. Dexerials has been helping to organize this event continuously every year with the aims of teaching children how to protect themselves from traffic accidents and popularizing cycling sports.

On the day of the event, former Dexerials employees and three current employees volunteered to perform tasks such as instructing children, setting up and taking down the event site, and presenting the certificates of completion. A total of twelve children learned how to enjoy riding their bicycles more safely.
