Dexerials Corporation (Headquarters: Shimotsuke-shi, Tochigi, Japan; Representative Director and President: Yoshihisa Shinya; hereinafter “Dexerials”) announces that it has renovated its Tokyo Office, located in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, to create an environment where diverse talent can work autonomously and collaborate across departments and areas of expertise.

  Shared spaces such as the pantry are positioned along employees’ main traffic routes, while meeting rooms are arranged to encourage movement throughout the office, creating opportunities for spontaneous conversations and innovation.

As workstyles continue to diversify and remote work becomes firmly established, the role of the office is evolving from a place for conducting business to a hub where people connect and create new value. The Company has long promoted flexible workstyles that are not constrained by time or location.

At the same time, the previous Tokyo Office faced challenges as headcount increased and opportunities for face-to-face interaction expanded. Space and office layout constraints limited opportunities for spontaneous dialogue and idea generation across departments and locations. In today’s rapidly changing business environment, facilitating collaboration and sharing knowledge among professionals with diverse expertise, including technology, sales, and overseas operations, has become increasingly important for innovation and new value creation. To address these challenges, the Company renovated the office to transform it into a workplace that employees would actively choose to visit.

In conjunction with the renovation, the Tokyo Office has been elevated to fulfill some of the Company’s headquarters functions, establishing an operational structure centered around both the Tochigi and Tokyo locations. By leveraging the strengths of Tochigi as the core site for corporate strategy and technology development and Tokyo as a hub for globally diverse talent in sales, marketing, and business development, the Company aims to further strengthen cross-functional communication and accelerate value creation.

As part of this renovation, the office area was expanded to more than twice its previous size. The workspace, internal meeting area, and visitor area, which had previously occupied a single integrated space, were reorganized into dedicated zones tailored to their respective functions. The office has also been designed to encourage employee interaction and foster communication and collaboration both within the Company and with external partners and visitors.
