Dexerials Introduces BPO to Strengthen Its Foundation for Growth -- Enhancing IT Operations and General Affairs/Facility Capabilities --

Dexerials Corporation (Headquarters: Shimotsuke-shi, Tochigi; Representative Director and President: Yoshihisa Shinya; hereinafter “Dexerials”) announces that it has introduced Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)*1 for certain corporate functions, and it has entered into outsourcing agreements. Dexerials has transferred its IT system operations to QUEST Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Satoshi Kamata), and its site general affairs and facility management operations to Kajima Tatemono Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President, Representative: Kazuo Yamamoto).
In its Medium-Term Management Plan formulated in 2024, Dexerials aims to achieve sustainable growth while flexibly responding to changes in the business environment, including geopolitical risks and the growing demands of society regarding ESG-related issues. To this end, Dexerials has established three key policies: “Expanding businesses in the growth domains,” “Qualitative strengthening businesses in the existing domains,” and “Evolution of the management base.” As part of its efforts to realize the Evolution of its management base*2 and further strengthen its global competitiveness, Dexerials has been moving forward with a fundamental review and the improvement of its business processes beyond conventional frameworks.
The partner companies selected to participate in this effort possess high-level expertise, extensive operational experience, and a wealth of specialized personnel. By introducing BPO, the Company aims to ensure the stable operation of these functions, significantly improve productivity, and ensure flexible access to skilled professionals and certified personnel in response to changing business needs.
Dexerials will continue to implement various initiatives to realize the evolution of its management foundation, and it aims to enhance corporate value by collaborating with highly specialized external partners.
