Dexerials Corporation (Headquarters: Shimotsuke-shi, Tochigi; Representative Director and President: Yoshihisa Shinya; hereinafter “Dexerials”) announces that it will implement changes in its executive officers and personnel changes regarding its heads of business divisions effective June 23, 2026. Details are as follows.

The Company will establish a Business Integration Division to oversee all operations, strengthen synergies between businesses and expand its business portfolio to drive the growth of the Company.
