Dexerials Corporation (Headquarters: Shimotsuke-shi, Tochigi; Representative Director and President: Yoshihisa Shinya; hereinafter “Dexerials”) is pleased to announce that it has been certified as the 2026 Outstanding Organizations of KENKO Investment for Health (Large Enterprise Category) under a joint Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the NIPPON KENKO KAIGI*1 program. Dexerials has been certified for six consecutive years, beginning with 2021.

The Recognition Program for the Outstanding Organizations of KENKO Investment for Health is a program that recognizes corporations that practice particularly excellent health and productivity management by considering employee health management from a business perspective and taking strategic initiatives.

Dexerials works to achieve its purpose, “Empower Evolution. Connect People and Technology,”*2 and create new transformative products by combining people and technology to realize a world in which people can live comfortably. It is committed to promoting health and productivity management, and it aims to be a company where each individual employee can fully demonstrate their abilities.

In accordance with the Health and Productivity Management Roadmap,*3 Dexerials has been promoting a range of initiatives since fiscal 2021. In fiscal 2024, Dexerials established Data Health by visualizing health, and it created a system in which employees can engage in self-care. In fiscal 2025, Dexerials newly established the Health Award system, which utilizes internal tools to visualize health initiatives and recognizes departments for their activities throughout the year. By engaging in activities that contribute to people maintaining and improving their health evaluated at the department-wide level, Dexerials is promoting active internal communication.
Dexerials also conducts year-round initiatives to increase employees’ interest in health. Dexerials hold 16 seminars and events annually on health themes such as better sleep and stopping smoking. Participation in walking events held four times a year has been increasing annually, and approximately 50% of employees currently participate in these events.

Dexerials will continue to strive to create an environment in which each individual employee can demonstrate their abilities by working safely in good health because of the wide-ranging initiatives Dexerials is implementing.
