Published the Dexerials Integrated Report 2025

Dexerials Corporation (Headquarters: Shimotsuke-shi, Tochigi; Representative Director and President: Yoshihisa Shinya; hereinafter “Dexerials”) announces that it published the Dexerials Integrated Report 2025 (hereinafter the “Report”) on our corporate website. The English version will be released in late December.
Dexerials began operations in 2012*. Since then, it has supported the evolution of technology by developing products that anticipate social and technological changes. Dexerials develops, manufactures, and sells electronic parts, adhesive material, and functional materials, including optical materials, conducting its business at eight domestic (including subsidiaries) and 11 global manufacturing and sales sites.
Since 2019, we have been publishing the Dexerials Integrated Report aiming to aid our shareholders, investors, and all other stakeholders in increasing their understanding of us.
Currently, under Mid-Term Management Plan 2028, “Achieving Evolution,” we are expanding our business portfolio and building a management foundation that is resilient to change. As a result, we are promoting initiatives that position technology and human capital as materialities with the goal of realizing a part-pass.
To communicate our medium-term direction regarding the question of why we are able to achieve sustainable growth even in an uncertain external environment, the Report has been structured with a focus on the linkage between our Purpose, our business model, and people. In the special feature section, we provide stories about how we can translate our unique business model into the creation of global value, as well as about our stock-based compensation plan for our employees and the initiatives of Board of Directors, which has established a new structure.
