Dexerials began operations in 2012*1. Since then, it has supported the evolution of technology by developing products that anticipate social and technological changes, by constantly taking on the challenges of creating something that has never existed before, under its Corporate Philosophy: “Integrity Have Integrity and Sincerity.” Currently, Dexerials develops, manufactures, and distributes electronic parts, adhesive materials, optical materials, and other functional materials that are indispensable in smartphones, laptops, and other electronic devices, as well as in automobiles, which are increasingly becoming electronic. The company operates 8 manufacturing and sales locations in Japan (including those of its subsidiaries) and 11 overseas.
At this event, Dexerials will be showcasing its foundational organic resin compounding and microfabrication technologies at the Dexerials booth (5-60, Exhibition Hall 1). On display will be anti-reflection film (ARF), manufactured using advanced technology and which have the largest share of global market*2, optical elastic resin (SVR), which improves the visibility of displays, and anisotropic conductive film (ACF), which were created in response to needs regarding the miniaturization and increased sophistication of IT products. These include solutions that contribute to solving customers' problems.
We also plan to make a short presentation on our technologies. Details of the event are as follows.

1.Contents of Exhibition
Dexerials will exhibit numerous products that are indispensable to the evolution of IT products such as smartphones, cameras, sensors, displays and AR and VR devices, and it will propose products and solutions that contribute to solving social issues.
2.First Exhibition
-
①Low dielectric adhesive films for three-layer CCLs
Interlayer adhesive films for high speed transmission substrates with stable low dielectric properties in various environments
High adhesion reliability and heat resistance for high-frequency components(LCP, Modified-PI, low profile copper foil) known for its difficulty of adhesion. The films also excel in terms of their workability. -
②Protective tape for reflow processing
Tape that can be processed in a variety of shapes to protect products from foreign matter generated in processes.
The tape is excellent in terms of heat resistance, and it is possible to peel off the tape without residual glue sticking to the object through a lead-free reflow process (peak 260 °C). -
③Film type solder mounting material
Thermosetting film to replace solder paste that is currently being developed.
Supports the mounting of electronic components with narrow-pitch external terminals such as 0.25 mm pitch BGA using a solder reflow process.
