Dexerials Corporation (headquarters: Shimotsuke-shi, Tochigi; Representative Director and President: Yoshihisa Shinya; hereinafter “Dexerials”) announces that personnel decisions regarding its directors were made during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the Board of Directors meeting held on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 as follows.

Under our new executive structure, the Dexerials Group will further accelerate its business strategies to achieve Mid-Term Management Plan 2028*, which began in fiscal 2024, and to maintain sustainable growth into the future. At the same time, we will strive to strengthen corporate governance to enhance our corporate value over the medium to long term.
