Dexerials Corporation (headquarters: Shimotsuke-shi, Tochigi; Representative Director and President: Yoshihisa Shinya; hereinafter the “Dexerials”) announces that it will implement the following new appointment of executive officers and organizational reforms, which will take effect on April 1, 2025.

Through these organizational reforms, Dexerials will close down the existing Business Management Division and transfer part of its functions to the Corporate Strategy Division. It will also transfer the intellectual property functions of the Legal and Intellectual Property Department to the Corporate R&D Division to build a structure in which the engineering team and the intellectual property team will work together to accelerate intellectual property strategies.
The officer in charge of risk management will improve the digital transformation (DX) planning, information systems, legal affairs and ESG management functions to strengthen risk management throughout the company.
