Dexerials Corporation (Headquarters: Shimotsuke-shi, Tochigi; Representative Director and President: Yoshihisa Shinya; hereinafter “Dexerials”), which provides leading-edge technologies, materials, and devices for smartphones, automobiles, and other products, announced today that it will appoint executive officers and a division head as described below, effective as of April 1, 2024.

Dexerials has commenced preparations for its next mid-term management plan, which will start from fiscal year 2024, to achieve sustainable growth even in an uncertain business environment. As part of its growth strategy, Dexerials will make the photonics domain the third pillar of its business after automobiles and start operations of Dexerials Photonics Solutions Corporation in April 2024.
New executive officers and a new division head are appointed with the objective of bolstering the business growth of the photonics domain and the group as a whole. Details are as follows.
