Dexerials Corporation (Headquarters: Shimotsuke-shi, Tochigi; Representative Director and President: Yoshihisa Shinya; hereinafter, "Dexerials") has decided to transfer its patent rights for Wastewater Treatment Agents to Aqua Worth (Suzhou) Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Aqua Worth") and to provide technical know-how to Aqua Worth. The sales contact for the Wastewater Treatment Agent will also be changed to Aqua Worth starting from October 2023.
