Dexerials Corporation (Headquarters: Shimotsuke-shi, Tochigi; Representative Director and President: Yoshihisa Shinya; hereinafter called the “Company”), which provides leading-edge technologies, materials, and devices for smartphones, automobiles, and other products, announced today that it will appoint executive officers and a business unit head as described below effective as of April 1, 2022.

The appointment will take place as a strategy to realize the sustainable growth of the Company.
Specifically, the Company will appoint an executive officer in charge of the Engineering Solution and Marketing, a new position to be established to bolster its ability to provide products and technological solutions that support customers’ process improvement, which is the Company’s strength. Thus, the Company will drive activities from a company-wide perspective.
Further, the person responsible for new business development driven by the Dexerials Innovation Group and the responsible person in the automotive business domain, of which the Automotive Solutions Business Unit is in charge, will be appointed as new executive officers, to expedite decision-making by each and cooperation with relevant divisions. The Company will also continue to shift the management team to the next generation and appoint a new business unit head from within the Company.
