The Dexerials Group has been publishing “Dexerials Integrated Report” since 2019 to increase stakeholders’ insights into Dexerials while deepening dialogues and encouraging active communication with them. It does this by articulating the Dexerials Group’s commitment to sustainable growth and improvement in corporate value through the delivery of products and solutions and by reporting on relevant initiatives, actual results and the conceptual approach to the future.

In the final year of the Mid-term Management Plan, “Challenges for Evolution,” which started in FY2019, the Dexerials Group is currently preparing for the new stage in FY2024.
Marking this major milestone, the Integrated Report mainly features a review of the past four years and initiatives and achievements. Moreover, future prospects and issues and the concept of purpose-based sustainability management are presented from the viewpoint of the top management and outside directors. (Value Creation Story)

The report also describes the photonics domain initiatives towards business growth in this new domain and the continuous creation of innovation as a strategy to contribute to the improvement of efficiency of society as a whole through digitalization. (Value Creation Strategy)

The report also includes a summary of initiatives to strengthen the foundation for value creation from ESG perspectives, such as progress related to Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), disclosure of new computation results regarding CO₂ emission in the supply chain (Scope 3), and the introduction of “job-type” personnel system applicable to manager-level employees in Japan. In addition, content about business models, one of Dexerials’ strengths, was revised to make it easier to understand, while detailed explanations primarily about Dexerials’ main product (Anisotropic Conductive Film) and increased disclosure of non-financial data were provided. Dexerials will continue to aim for sustained growth and improved corporate value by steadily implementing the strategies and measures described in “Dexerials Integrated Report”.
