Dexerials Corporation (Headquarters: Shimotsuke-shi, Tochigi, Representative Director and President: Yoshihisa Shinya, hereinafter, “Dexerials”), which provides leading-edge technologies, materials, and devices for smartphones, automotives and other products, announces that its “Dexerials Integrated Report 2022” has been selected as a “most-improved integrated report” by the asset managers of the Government Pension Investment Fund (hereinafter, “GPIF”) entrusted with domestic equity investment.

Each year, GPIF requests its asset managers entrusted with domestic equity investment to nominate “excellent integrated reports” and “most-improved integrated reports” and announces the results. This year, each asset manager nominated up to 10 companies, with total of 67 companies were selected as “excellent integrated reports” and a total of 95 companies, including us, were selected as “most-improved integrated reports”.

Dexerials has been publishing integrated reports since 2019, published the “Dexerials Integrated Report 2022,” or the latest version, in December 2022. Dexerials has been selected for the first time for having prepared a “most-improved integrated report”, which reflected its efforts to reform the organization of the content for enhancement through the inclusion of dialogue and interviews with a view to offering greater insight into Dexerials.

Going forward, we will continue to disclose information appropriately by utilizing various tools, including “Dexerials Integrated Report”, to help stakeholders deepen their understanding of Dexerials. In addition, we will aim to further increase our corporate value by leveraging their opinions effectively for sustainable growth.
