Dexerials Corporation (Headquarters: Shimotsuke-shi, Tochigi, Representative Director and President: Yoshihisa Shinya, hereinafter, “Dexerials”), which provides leading-edge technologies, materials, and devices for smartphones, automotives and other products, announces that it published “Dexerials Integrated Report 2022” on Tuesday, February 28, 2023.
Dexerials Integrated Report 2022
Dexerials has been publishing “Dexerials Integrated Report” since 2019 to promote active communication with its stakeholders by articulating its commitment to sustainable growth and an increase in corporate value through the delivery of products and solutions.
“Dexerials Integrated Report 2022” has been reorganized and includes enhanced dialogue and interviews to better offer readers insight into Dexerials. “Message from Top Management” features message from the president and dialogue between executive management and outside directors, which include reflection on the 10-year history of Dexerials since its founding, the progress of the FY2019 to FY2023 Mid-term Management Plan “Challenges for Evolution” (Update), the approach to the establishment of sustainability management, material issues to be addressed, and other topics. “Value Creation Strategy” describes the acceleration of development in new markets through the consolidation of Kyoto Semiconductor Co., Ltd. implemented in March last year and its efforts and goals in innovation as its strategy to support the evolution of society. “Foundation for Value Creation” discloses the progress of the Task Force on Climate Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), shows a roadmap for improving activities for health and productivity management, and introduces other efforts of Dexerials to strengthen the basis of its value creation.
Dexerials will continue to aim to increase its corporate value through sustainable growth and the achievement of sustainability management by steadily implementing the measures described in “Dexerials Integrated Report”.

Foundation for Value Creation
This section describes Dexerials’ activities for disclosure in line with TCFD proposals, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (J-ESOP), health and productivity management, and cooperation in “Ichigo Ichie Tochigi National Sports Festival” (the 22nd National Sports Festival) and “Ichigo Ichie Tochigi Prefectural Sports Festival”(the 22nd National Sports Festival for People with an Impairment), which were held in Tochigi Prefecture, home to Dexerials’ headquarters, for the first time in 42 years, as a partner for national sports festivals and participation in such events as volunteers.
