iSigma Business Advancement Fund II (“iSigma”) that Kyoto Semiconductor’s shareholder, iSigma Partners (headquarters: Tokyo, Japan) is managing, has agreed that it transfers all the shares it owns to Dexerials Corporation (headquarters: Tochigi, Japan). The transfer of the shares will be completed in March 2022.
