    • Although it is acrylics, hardness (Asker C) has 10 or less flexibility, and excels in durability and maintains flexibility for a long period of time. Features high heat conductivity, enabling rapid conveyance of heat to heat sinks.
    • No production of low-molecular-weight siloxane gas that causes contact damage on parts such as substrates.
    • Since it has a tack-free layer of low ductility in the top layer, it excels in workability and reworking nature.
    • Halogen-free with high levels of flame resistance.

Accelerated aging test : An oven test time of 1000 hours at 125° would be equivalent to 14 years at 55°C ambient temperature.
